Better than regular gold plating, our vermeil is a thick layer of 18k solid gold on sterling silver meaning it will last longer. You get the look & feel of gold jewelry at a fraction of the price. To give a white gold finish we plate our jewelry with a 2.5 micron length of Rhodium. Rhodium is a highly durable metal that does not scratch, dent, or corrode and retains its luster.
